The prices include Swiss VAT only for delivery address in Switzerland, for other country no VAT will be charge on our side. Delivery is free in Switzerland, it is 50€ for Europe (Customs taxes included) and 80€ for International Orders (Customs taxes not included). All order over 600€ are free delivery worldwide.

We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.

The delivery company is Standard Swiss Post for Switzerland orders and UPS for Europe and International orders. Unless special conditions (holidays, weekends) specified at the time of order confirmation, the delivery time is 72h for Switzerland, from the confirmation of order. The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world.
