1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Maison Kargani website and all purchases made through our online store.
By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any other policies referenced on this website.

Maison Kargani Sàrl is registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to an order is the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.
2. Products
Maison Kargani takes particular care to present and describe each creation as accurately as possible.
Product photographs, descriptions, colours, materials and dimensions are provided for informational purposes. Depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and the characteristics of natural materials, slight differences may occur between the product displayed online and the product received.
Natural and artisanal materials including silk, linen, cotton, leather, nubuck, mother-of-pearl and acetate may present subtle variations in texture, colour, grain or appearance. Such characteristics are inherent to the materials and do not constitute defects.
Certain Maison Kargani creations are produced in controlled quantities, limited editions or individually numbered series. Availability is therefore subject to stock.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected country or market.
The total amount payable, together with any applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges or other costs, is displayed before the order is submitted.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, Maison Kargani reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
4. Orders
Products placed in the shopping bag are not reserved.
Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for verifying the products selected, sizes and quantities, delivery address, billing information, contact information and total order amount.
The website provides the customer with the opportunity to review and correct information before the order is submitted.
Once an order has been placed, an electronic confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorised payment, payment refusal, technical or administrative error, or inability to fulfil or deliver the order.
Where payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled, the amount concerned will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Payment
Maison Kargani accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Orders must be fully paid and successfully authorised before they can be processed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Maison Kargani is not responsible for refusals, authentication failures, delays or other issues caused by banks, card issuers or external payment services.
The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the payment method submitted for the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary according to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances beyond Maison Kargani’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Maison Kargani cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information, absence of the recipient, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, force majeure or circumstances outside Maison Kargani’s reasonable control.
Where duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipment is offered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, this will be indicated at checkout.
Where duties and taxes are not included, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Maison Kargani Shipping & Returns Policy applicable at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, items accepted for return must be unworn and unused, in their original condition, returned with all original tags attached, returned with all original accessories and presentation packaging, and free from stains, odours, alterations or damage.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Certain items may be excluded from return, including personalised products, products subject to hygiene restrictions or items expressly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Any return right offered by Maison Kargani applies according to the conditions expressly communicated by the Maison, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction.
8. Refunds
Returned products are inspected upon receipt.
Where a return is approved, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Delivery charges, customs duties and other external charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to deduct amounts corresponding to loss of value resulting from improper handling where permitted by applicable law.
9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an item is received damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact service@maisonkargani.com.
The message should include the order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the item and photographs of the packaging where relevant.
Maison Kargani will review the request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
The treatment of defective goods may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection rules.
10. Limited & Numbered Editions
Certain Maison Kargani creations are produced in strictly limited quantities or as individually numbered editions.
The assigned number forms part of the individual identity of the product.
Unless expressly offered by Maison Kargani, customers cannot request or reserve a particular edition number.
Where replacement of a numbered product becomes necessary, Maison Kargani cannot guarantee that the replacement will carry the same edition number.
11. Product Care
Care instructions are provided on the relevant product page, product documentation and/or care label.
Customers are responsible for following these instructions.
Improper washing, cleaning, storage, ironing, handling or use may affect the appearance and longevity of a product.
Maison Kargani cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions or from inappropriate use.
12. Packaging
Maison Kargani products may be delivered in signature presentation packaging, including boxes, envelopes, protective cases, pouches, dust bags or other presentation elements depending on the product category.
Packaging forms part of the Maison Kargani presentation experience and should be returned with the product where required under the applicable Returns Policy.
Minor marks to external shipping packaging resulting from transportation do not constitute damage to the product itself.
13. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Maison Kargani website is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation, Maison Kargani trademarks, names and logos, the MK monogram, Signature prints, original artworks, product designs, photographs, videos, written content, graphics, packaging designs, website design and layout.
Unless expressly authorised in writing by Maison Kargani, no content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works.

14. Signature Artworks & Prints
Maison Kargani Signature designs are original artworks developed exclusively for the Maison.
These designs may appear across silk scarves, shirts, garments and other Maison Kargani creations.
Reproduction, tracing, adaptation, extraction, digital replication or commercial use of these artworks, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Maison Kargani.
15. Website Use
The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
Users must not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, introduce viruses or malicious software, scrape or extract website content for unauthorised commercial purposes, use Maison Kargani intellectual property without permission, or use the website in a fraudulent or misleading manner.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where misuse is reasonably suspected.
16. Accounts
Where account functionality is available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Customers must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for activities carried out through their account.
Maison Kargani may suspend or close accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
17. Loyalty Circle
Where available, participation in the Maison Kargani Loyalty Circle is subject to the programme terms displayed on the relevant page.
Points, benefits, invitations and access privileges have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration rules or exclusions.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue Loyalty Circle benefits, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued.
18. Private Salon
Maison Kargani Private Salon appointments are available in selected locations and by appointment only.
Specific booking conditions, minimum spend requirements and availability may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, the minimum spend applicable to a Maison Kargani Private Salon appointment is CHF 250.
19. Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms, Spotify, external websites and technology providers.
Maison Kargani is not responsible for the availability, content, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
20. Privacy & Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Maison Kargani Privacy Policy.
Customers should refer to the Privacy Policy for information concerning the collection, use, storage and protection of personal data.
21. Cookies

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Maison Kargani shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fires or floods, epidemics or public health emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government measures, war or civil disturbance, telecommunications or technical failures, or carrier interruptions.
Maison Kargani will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of such events.
24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules applicable to the customer, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
For international consumer transactions, mandatory rules applicable in the customer’s country of residence may take precedence where legally required.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall, where possible, be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects its intended purpose while complying with applicable law.
