Complimentary Returns & Exchanges
Return Period
Maison Kargani offers complimentary returns on all orders.
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, without having to give a reason.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn and unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached, with all original accessories and presentation packaging, and free from stains, odours, alterations or damage.
Certain items may be excluded from return, including personalised products, products subject to hygiene restrictions or items expressly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Return
1. Contact our Client Service team within 14 days of delivery through the Client Services page, selecting “Return / Exchange”, or by email at service@maisonkargani.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
2. Our Client Service team will send you a prepaid return label and the return instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) carefully in the original presentation packaging and hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 days of your return request.
Return Shipping
Returns are complimentary. Maison Kargani covers the return shipping costs via Swiss Post in Switzerland and DHL Express internationally.
Please use the prepaid label provided by our Client Service team. For international returns, the necessary customs documents are provided with the label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
The replacement item is shipped free of charge once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, for the full amount paid for the returned items, no later than 14 days after your return request. Maison Kargani may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Maison Kargani reserves the right to deduct amounts corresponding to loss of value resulting from improper handling, where permitted by applicable law.
Limited & Numbered Editions
Where a numbered piece is exchanged, Maison Kargani cannot guarantee that the replacement will carry the same edition number.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact service@maisonkargani.com as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and of the packaging where relevant.
Maison Kargani will review the request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
